The Woman Behind the Bouquet

Laura Hernandez

Florist and owner behind Brava Blooms. Operates from an at-home studio based in Milwaukee, WI. A woman of Latinx descent whose keenness for designing florals stems from a place of integral creativity. The story begins with her part-time college job as a florist at a grocery store. She was captivated by architecting arrangements of blooms. A love for florals and design flourished, inspiring her to pursue the outlet. Laura created Brava Blooms to unfurl her passion for the transient creations, with the intention of seeding love and joy in the lives of her dear clients. Laura’s ethereal presence brings a soothing calmness to those around her, just as flowers emit the same effect on her.
